📜Your certificate
Your certificate will be produced within six weeks of you receiving your final results.
If you are attending the summer graduation, you will collect your certificate from campus on the day of your ceremony.
If you are not attending graduation, the Congregations team will arrange for your certificate to be collected or posted to you. You will be contacted directly to confirm which option you have chosen and with further guidance in June.
In addition to the printed certificate, a digital certificate will be produced for you via Parchment.
Through Parchment, you can securely share access to your qualifications directly with employers/other universities. You’ll have lifelong, 24/7 access to your documents from anywhere in the world and it’s completely free of charge!
An email will be sent to your University email to let you know when a document has been issued to you. Simply click on the link provided and follow the instructions.
Your login details are your University user ID and password.
🎉 Summer 2026 Congregations - celebrating your achievement!
If you are registered to attend graduation, the Congregations team will send out information in June with details about what to expect on the day, what you need to do, where to go, etc.
There will also be more information about activities on campus during congregations, including:
Photo opportunities, including professional graduation photos, free photobooth prints, and a 360-video booth
Live portraits by talented illustrator (and NU graduate) Lemon Rose Studios
Flowers - pre-order or purchase bouquets on the day (while stocks last!)
Refreshments, including a complimentary drink for all ticket holders, in the post-ceremony Reception, a coffee cart, food truck, Dr Juice, and pop-up bar
