🧘 PGR wellbeing toolkit

The Wellbeing Toolkit provides practical self-care guidance to support postgraduate researchers’ day-to-day wellbeing needs, alongside resources for those who may need more formal or ongoing help.

You can access it anytime, anywhere, on any device — no queues, no waiting, and no obligation to complete it in one go.

Developed by psychologists, and further shaped by postgraduate students' feedback, the Toolkit is both grounded in evidence and informed by lived experience. There is something for every postgraduate researcher, wherever you are in your journey.
