Applying to us

Typically, we recognise a 75% average in Standard XII as comparable to ABB at A Level.

This can be awarded by:

  • Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE)
  • Council for the Indian School Certificate (CISCE)
  • National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS)
  • various state boards
  • autonomous schools

Language requirements

If English isn’t your first language you will need to provide a recognised English language test or qualification. Typically, we require an IELTS score of 6.5, or equivalent, for direct entry to the University.

Visa requirements

To study in the UK you will need to apply for a Student visa.  

You will need to provide certain documents as part of your application.

 

These include:

 

  • a valid passport or travel document
  • proof that you can support yourself in the UK, for example, bank account statements

You will also have to pay a healthcare surcharge. This allows you to use the National Health Service while you are in the UK.

Tuition fees

A degree with us is your gateway to career success. It is an investment in your future.

You will pay a tuition fee for each year of your degree. That amount can be found on our course profiles online. How much you pay will depend on which degree you choose to study.

Scholarships

We have a number of international scholarships that applicants from India can take advantage of. Our undergraduate scholarships include:

 

  • Vice-Chancellor’s Excellence Scholarships – 50% or 100% tuition fee awards
  • Vice-Chancellor’s International Scholarships – £4,000 tuition fee awards

  • sports scholarships – up to £5,000
