Please return to your email to register for the event. If you have any questions about the events, please contact us.

Code of conduct form

You will be required to sign a code of conduct form once you have registered for an event. This allows you to see some of the cadaveric specimens we use in our teaching.

At Newcastle University, we are extremely lucky to have people who selflessly donate their body for medical education, and it is our responsibility to respect our donors’ wishes and maintain their dignity at all times. As a HTA (Human Tissue Authority) licensed anatomy establishment, we are held to strict legal standards regarding our donors. We take these rules and regulations very seriously. You must sign the code of conduct form to attend this element of the day.

Frequently asked questions

When you sign up, we will send you a booking confirmation email. Then you'll receive a reminder email one week before the event which will include the full schedule. Meeting locations and a digital campus map will also be included so you can work out where you need to be in advance.

Lunch will not be provided. However, there are a range of places to eat on campus which you could visit before joining us at 12:30pm.

If you can't make any of the events, please get in touch. We will try our best to ensure you can still speak to staff and current students to answer any questions you have.

Applicants can bring up to 2 guests.
