What advice would you give to students thinking about studying your programme?

The advice that I would give to students thinking about studying my programme is to be yourself. University is a place for everyone, and you will find other people like you, even if it is not in the first few days. The course is taught for all levels of entry so don't worry if you don't feel prepared, everyone is feeling the same way. And finally, the course can be challenging but don't forget to enjoy your time at university, it is a time you will look back on forever.

What advice would you give to your younger self about university life?

I would tell myself to take every day as it comes and don't be afraid to try new things. Not everything will be easy to start with but putting yourself out there in all aspects of university life will help. It all feels very overwhelming at first, but it does get easier over time. Meet as many people as you can and participate in anything that interests you such as sports or societies.
